Rates do NOT reflect reflect customary tip for the crew (15-20%) except for Whale Watches and Cruises in which a 15% gratuity will be added.
Deposit & Cancellation
Policy: 1/2 of the charter fee must
be received within one week of making the reservation.
Person making reservation is financially responsible
for balance on the day of the charter. Deposits will
be refunded ONLY if charter is canceled two weeks
prior to departure date. If sea conditions force
cancellation, deposit is refundable immediately or the
charter is rescheduled for another mutually agreeable
date.
Drugs and Alcohol
Policy: Safety is a priority
with us - we meet or exceed the stringent U.S.C.G.
requirements for certified vessels operating up to 100
miles offshore. Alcohol is limited to a six-pack
of beer per person. No beer can be opened until
3 miles offshore and there is no alcohol consumption
allowed at least 1/2 hour prior to arrival at the
dock. Captain may terminate the charter at
any time, without refund, if one or more
individuals become intoxicated or could not, in his
opinion, follow directives in an emergency situation.
We comply with the U.S.C.G. "Zero tolerance law"
regarding drugs. NO
